Went through multiple stages.
First stage was a general check with HR.
Second stage was a practical technical interview focused on system design.
Third interview was with the direct manager and a business stakeholder.
Questions
Technical interview questions were very much focused on system design. I was supposed to create a solution. Questions were either directional, trying to get an answer to their liking, or explanatory, where they expected to hear both good and bad sides of each design choice.
