It was the worst interview experience of my life.
The first interview was for a product role, even though I applied for a software engineer position. It took place with two "designers" who asked silly questions.
They were late and utterly unprepared.
I got rejected because of my language skills, even though I have been living in an English-speaking country for almost two years. WTF?

Pros: - Most people I have worked with are really nice.
- If you need to travel to another office in Europe, they will cover travel and accommodation costs.
Cons: You ask for regular feedback on how to improve, and then when it comes to promotion season, you're given a list of nonsensical reasons for why you couldn't be promoted.
You will suffer if you have to work closely with individuals that don't know how to do their job properly. The company justifies keeping them because they can't easily find a replacement.
Coworkers that exaggerate and brag about the work they do, and are better connected to senior management, are rewarded more than coworkers that actually do the most.
