The interview process took three weeks.
First week: Had one round for 30 minutes of technical discussion with lead. Cleared.
First week: Had a detailed technical discussion with 2 engineers. Cleared.
Second week: HR was on PTO, so nothing was scheduled.
Third week: Final interview was conducted. I was informed that it was more of a feedback and cultural fit interview. It was a working day for me, and I went to the interview with a relaxed mind, considering the agenda was non-technical aspects. To my surprise, the interview was completely technical, and I stammered since I was not in the right frame of mind for it.
I was rejected afterwards. I knew the interview did not go well because the communication from the HR team was incorrect.
I would suggest the company be clear with the agenda in the interviews so that they get the best out of candidates during the process.
