I've been ghosted for 3 weeks after the interview with HR and an email asking for my availability for the next round. Then they contacted me again and said that the position I applied for had already been filled and they wanted me to interview for another new opening.

In my second round interview (after the technical), the Project Manager told me that she would pass me to the next round (first time I got feedback when still in the interview). But after a week, I got a thank you letter from Wise.

I have good experience with the interviews, but I have the worst experience with the interview process.
