Pretty simple interview process: HR, technical pair programming, system designs.
All the interviews went pretty smoothly, but I wouldn't recommend it because after my last interview, I had three weeks of radio silence. I tried to contact the recruiter for updates, but my emails were ignored. After the three weeks, I received an automatic notification from Greenhouse that someone else was chosen for the role.
They do not value candidates, as they don't bother responding to their emails.
