During pair programming, the interviewers were often interruptive and focused on small details rather than the overall problem-solving approach. At times, one interviewer would ask a lot of questions while the other told me to dismiss them in a “let’s move on” fashion, which made it confusing and stressful. The session felt more stressful than collaborative, and the feedback seemed to reflect the perspectives of the interviewer I was told to dismiss. Overall, it seemed like the process prioritized nitpicking over assessing real coding or problem-solving skills. I would caution candidates who prefer a supportive environment.
