Very welcoming guys. It reflects the culture of the company. It was by far the best interview process I had. I had heard that Wise is a people-first company, and the interviewers reflected that.

3. Love the autonomy that each team has.
4. No matter your role, you will have to be involved in thinking about the product. If you stay for a while, you would get a chance to make decisions about changing the lives of millions.
Cons: It can be a bit stressful at times because we're dealing with people's money.
