Four rounds: one coding, one system design, and two for product sense/soft skills. Very slow process and unclear feedback. I received positive feedback after round 3, and after round 4, they rejected me, pointing out my round 3 performance.

3. Love the autonomy that each team has.
4. No matter your role, you will have to be involved in thinking about the product. If you stay for a while, you would get a chance to make decisions about changing the lives of millions.
