The first step was the video interview with the recruiter. I had to ask some questions about my past projects, accessibility, tech stack, and other general questions.
After that, there was a video interview with three developers. They asked questions about my previous experience and projects, and there were also some questions about my CV.
Then we proceeded to the technical part, which was mainly about JS promises. I found this format quite stressful, as the interviewers kept asking me "what is next" and I hadn't even had time to read through the interview task.
All in all, I think the format was a bit weird. It was quite difficult to think about the task while hearing the three interviewers typing their comments about my interview.
