Pros: Autonomous, flexible, and remote working. Trips abroad.

Cons: Demanding work, but normal at fintech.

Pros: There are a lot of opportunities and different projects to work on. Moving internally is also relatively easy. Great environment and work culture.

Cons: You have to wear all the hats: product manager, lead, analyst, and data engineer. Sometimes it gets draining.

Pros: Free snacks and food. Annual trips abroad to Estonia.

Cons: Inexperienced tech leads who were promoted only on the basis of tenure at the company. Cross-team collaboration was incredibly difficult. "Autonomous" teams were only interested in their vertical and wouldn't give you the time of day. Senior product managers having no idea about the basics of agile methodologies. Product engineering role was incredibly stressful. You were expected to do everything an engineer does along with everything a product manager does, whilst PMs did nothing. Leadership was terrible. It felt like a cult most of the time, with everybody saying how great the CEO was.
