Phone call with internal recruiter/HR.
In-house two-hour interview: One hour coding challenge, one hour culture fit with a project manager.
The phone interview was fine and the coding challenge was okay. The two devs were quite professional, so no complaints there.
The last one-hour interview with a project manager was ridiculous. He went through my CV, judging my company choices and laughing at the type of work I did in one of them, saying it was not really meaningful.
For me, this one hour talking to him completely removed any positive image I had of this company, and I have since not used their product anymore.
After this, it took them about two weeks to get back to me to send the "rejection" email.

It felt like a cult most of the time, with everybody saying how great the CEO was.
