Pros: Great company mission and culture, with a friendly and open environment. A really fun and inspiring place to work, especially if you care about making money without borders a reality.
Cons: There's a very flexible working from home policy and 90 days of working remotely from almost any country. However, other than this, there aren't many opportunities of relocating until you get into a more senior role.
