HR call is a general discussion. You can ask questions about the role. The recruiter was nice and helpful.

The pair programming is pretty simple. They also ask some theoretical questions (what would happen if...).

The technical interview consists of basic questions about your experience and then a technical task. Don't expect questions that are remotely related to the role. The interviewer asked irrelevant questions and was condescending.

I understand that there are many ways of getting to know a candidate's abilities and skills. However, this interviewer was interested in things I did not know about, things that were not in my CV nor in the job description.

One of the worst technical interviews I have ever been invited to. You might get lucky with the interviewer, but I will surely avoid Wise from now on.
