So Wise removed my interview review, so I am going to post it here once again. :)
The first step was the video interview with the recruiter. I had to ask some questions about my past projects, availability, tech stack, and other general questions.
After that, there was a video interview with 3 developers. They asked questions about my previous experience and projects.
Then, we proceeded to the technical part. I found this format quite stressful as the interviewers kept asking me "What is next?" and I hadn't even had time to read through all the interview tasks.
All in all, I think the format was a bit weird, and it was quite difficult to think about the task while hearing the 3 interviewers typing their comments about my interview.
I had dozens of technical interviews, and this particular one was the worst. It wasn't even about the task, but how pushy the interviewers were.
