Completed their developer challenge and received an email offering an interview. A few preliminary questions via email. Scheduled a phone interview. The recruiter didn't call me and didn't respond to my email asking why they missed the scheduled interview. I am not sure what happened, but after scheduling the interview, there is no reason to not show up.

Pros: My experience at Wise has been very nice. It luckily still has work-from-home policies. It also has work-from-another-country policies. The salary is alright. Can't complain.
Cons: It's difficult to work cross-team. People aren't interested in anything but their team's projects, and there's rarely bandwidth to pick up requests from other teams.
