- International finance is very challenging. If you haven't worked in fintech before, expect to worry about much more regulation and risk, which will slow you down.
- Easy to get lost in the work and massively overwork.
- Autonomous teams lead to a lot of chaos. If you can't create order for yourself, you will not do very well.
