We have a lot of supportive people who are all working towards one goal: the mission. I've never seen any other company with a culture so strong as here, and talking about the company values comes so naturally. We really use our values in everyday life to solve problems and develop the product.
At first, it might be so overwhelming to join TransferWise. It's big, it's busy, and it's changing every day. Once you get used to it, it will get easier.
