Wow, a 4+ rating, this must be a great workplace.
Want to spot their fake reviews? Just see their Google reviews, which went from 3-ish in Jan '22 to 4.5-ish in 2023, and a very similar thing with their Glassdoor reviews. Trust me, even I'm very ignorant to negative reviews, assuming a handful of people face these kinds of situations, but I can’t be any farther from reality.
Highly political work environment, especially because there are people in (mid/junior) management levels who have been there for more than 4-5 years. They form a kind of cult, and if you are not in the cult, you won't survive here. You raise your concerns, and you are out before you even know where it went wrong.
Avoid the "Regional Expansion" teams at all costs. You might get the most awful product/eng work of your life.
Very poor quality eng work, poor tech stack, poor infrastructure, poor deliverables, and poor management of things in Regional teams.
The dreaded "Autonomous Teams," AAAAAHH, a pretty screwed-up thing. There are a lot of great reviews about this. Give them a read because they are well put, better than I can try (if those reviews are still not taken down).
Check Team Blind reviews once before making up your mind.
This review might sound biased, but trust me, you'll come back someday and say thanks.
Had an initial HR screening, followed by a pair programming round with two Head of Engineering leads. HR and interviewers were helpful throughout the process. Questions weren't too difficult.
The interview process began with an initial screening, leading to a pair programming round with two engineers. I successfully completed the core coding task, but some of the test cases were not satisfied. Regrettably, my candidacy did not proceed to
Four rounds: one coding, one system design, and two for product sense/soft skills. Very slow process and unclear feedback. I received positive feedback after round 3, and after round 4, they rejected me, pointing out my round 3 performance.
