Overall, I think the salary is on a competitive level
A really nice company to work for. It feels like you work with friends together. The main advantage is that there is not a lot of management. Mostly all teams are self-driven.
Got an offer for senior software developer but was assigned as a middle software developer and had to wait to push my level up.
That was such a weird experience when I figured out different level positions. After talking with the recruiting guys, they told me that the position in the offer does not matter at all.
