A very progressive company with an open culture of feedback.
Company has none.
Overall positive outlook.
There are 5 interview stages at Wise: 1. Initial screening, a 30-minute talk to a recruiter. 2. Coding challenge, 60 min with two engineers. The task (45 min) was similar to LC 695 + implement input from stdin. Then 15 min for Q&A. 3. System design,
The interview went smoothly. The first 10 minutes were for preparations, 30 minutes for the task, and 5 minutes for the conclusion. The question from HackerRank wasn't so hard. The interviewer was nice and explained the task in depth.
Smooth and simple, and the interviewer was friendly. HR was slow to follow up on queries, though, and required multiple prompts before moving on your application. I would advise interviewees to follow up closely to get fast responses.
