If people enjoy spending time with one another, work becomes something you enjoy. This also means that people call each other out, and nobody gets a free ride.
It's a startup. The roles are not rigid, and you often have to figure out for yourself what you need to do. This is something many people don't enjoy.
The only thing really constant at a company like this is change, so there's no way to sit back and enjoy the show.
