Several interview types:
- A few phone interviews.
- UML test on Skype with two employees.
- Three back-to-back on-site interviews lasting about two hours.
All interviewers were friendly and helpful.
In the end, I was told all interviews went quite well, but I would not be hired. I was left somewhat confused and would have preferred to be told what went wrong to cause me not to get the job.

Pros: The office had a laid-back atmosphere. The other employees were extremely friendly and outgoing. Everyone was helpful, and it seemed like the other employees wanted me to succeed.
Cons: Their framework is unconventional and may take some time to get used to. It was a while before I could confidently start developing something without constantly needing guidance.

Pros: The company has done a great job in establishing its foothold in the industry.
Cons: - Low compensation compared to industry standard.
- Difficult to move across teams.
- HR team is very difficult to work with; slow and all talk, no action.
- Proprietary language makes it difficult for people to advance in careers.
- Slow moving for teams with mature applications.
