Process
I met with Workday at the University Careers Fair and had a quick chat with a member of their team. They mentioned they would be in touch shortly. True to their word, I received an email about a week later.
Since then, I've had two calls, one of which was a technical test. The call lasted approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The assessment involved a UML-based modeling question, followed by a brief demonstration of their in-house development process. I have since received an offer for an onsite interview.

Great summer internship experience

Pros: Had such a great summer due to this internship. They housed us and had events for us all the time.
The employees here are mostly all really nice, and the other interns were cool.
Working wasn't ever really stressful and felt laid back.
Cons: If you're in app dev, working in their proprietary language somewhat limits your learning experience for the internship. I felt like I didn't have time to really learn it that well, and therefore didn't do as much through the summer.

Pros: The company has done a great job in establishing its foothold in the industry.
Cons: - Low compensation compared to industry standard.
- Difficult to move across teams.
- HR team is very difficult to work with; slow and all talk, no action.
- Proprietary language makes it difficult for people to advance in careers.
- Slow moving for teams with mature applications.

Pros: The office had a laid-back atmosphere. The other employees were extremely friendly and outgoing. Everyone was helpful, and it seemed like the other employees wanted me to succeed.
Cons: Their framework is unconventional and may take some time to get used to. It was a while before I could confidently start developing something without constantly needing guidance.
