I met them at an info session and spoke with them at my university's career fair. I was asked to schedule an interview for the next school day during the career fair.
The on-campus interview was a 30-minute session, mostly covering background and one UML design question. I received a response that same night about the onsite interview!
I scheduled my accommodations and was able to choose between the following week or the week after for my interview. The onsite experience was a standard day, though the interviews themselves lasted only about 3 hours. The interviews focused on behavioral questions, problem-solving, previous projects, and more design questions.
After the interviews concluded, there were presentations, opportunities to speak with employees and new grad hires (Generation Workday), all while enjoying provided food, swag, and snacks. The day ended with a fun social event to play games and socialize with other interviewees. Shuttles were available to take us to the airport when the social ended.
This interview took place on a Friday, and I heard back by the following Tuesday.
I was truly impressed by the promptness of every step of the process, as I heard back sooner than expected in every instance. Furthermore, the recruiters were genuine, taking the time to truly get to know me and offer support.
What ultimately helped me decide to choose Workday was the feeling of being wanted from start to finish. This differed from all my other interview experiences. The people here genuinely seem happy and well taken care of.
