I had a phone interview with one of the application developers, and then followed up with him with a take-home question. They set up an on-site a week later with 15-20 other candidates (for other positions as well).

Everyone was really friendly there! It was clear that they wanted to see if you would be a good fit for the workplace. The questions asked weren't designed to stump you, just to gauge your personality and thinking process.
The whole experience was very different from any other company I've interviewed at, and was one of the most pleasant interview experiences I've had.
