Process

They had a booth at my school's technical career fair. After speaking with someone at the booth, they scheduled an on-campus interview for the next day. Within a few days of that interview, they scheduled me for a day of on-site interviews in the following weeks. Within a few days of the on-site interview, they extended an offer.

The on-site interview day consisted of a block of one-on-one interviews before lunch, followed by several presentations and Q&A sessions until 4 p.m.
