Associate Software Engineer Interview Experience - Davis, California

October 1, 2013
Neutral ExperienceNo Offer

Process

The whole process took about four weeks.

I gave my resume to a recruiter at a career fair and was contacted two to three weeks later, asking for an onsite interview.

The interviewer was very rude and unprofessional. He didn't even look at me while I was answering his behavioral questions.

Nonetheless, he started with simple resume questions (such as, "Can you tell me more about ____?") and then asked some behavioral and non-technical questions.

The non-technical question was: If it was the end of the world and you had two friends, how would you build this out-dated computer?

Questions

Write the code to produce the nth number in the Fibonacci sequence (both recursive and iterative).
