Associate Software Engineer Interview Experience - Dublin, California

Process

The process started at a career fair. I had one interview that day and was accidentally scheduled for another one on campus later. I made it to the onsite interviews two weeks later. At the interview, I spoke with three separate people from three teams and felt I did well. Before leaving, the recruiter told us to ping them the following week.

I did not hear from the recruiter until two and a half months later, after complete radio silence. His response was essentially, "Sorry, we were busy." This was extremely unprofessional handling of the rejection, which is why my response was negative.
