I had an on-campus interview that I thought went well. We had a good conversation with the interviewer.

I waited a month and didn't hear anything from the recruiters, so I contacted them asking about my application status.

Still no response.

Eight weeks later, they finally responded saying I had moved on to the next round.

It took way too long to hear back from them.

I thought I had wanted to work there, but after interviewing with other companies who were faster and more attentive, I've found my dream job and won't be applying to Workday again.
