Process

A really amazing process.

Everyone is so transparent and relaxed; it’s unlike any interview I’ve had before.

It started off with a screener call with Talent Acquisition, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. They went through some technical questions and competencies.

Next was another technical interview, which was really great – nothing hard or too technical.

Then, there was an on-site interview with two automation engineers and a director. All lovely people who made me feel really relaxed.

Questions

VIBE checks, diversity and inclusion, previous projects, and technical knowledge.

For the technical interview, I was asked to explain a simple way to determine if a number is odd or even, and then to find when a function might fail.
