This is a 4-round process:
- Rounds 1-3 are with Senior Engineers.
- The 4th round is with the manager.
The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounds are taken on the same day. They cover all DevOps topics, including networking, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS.

Pros: Good salary, flexible time, a decent amount of benefits/perks, lots of fun, work-from-home policy, etc.
Cons: I guess, depending on what your area (DEV, QA, PM) is, the experience could be different in terms of the kind of work to do, but overall the experience is good.

Pros: My workmates are the saving grace of working for this company. Even though we are all remote right now, it makes coming to work enjoyable.
Cons: The company no longer is a fun place to work. It has outgrown the culture that it so proudly professes.
Employees are turning into just numbers.
And you have a CEO that values his time in the office more than time with his family (see speech to Goldman Sachs).
