Pros: Very good work-life balance and friendly environment to work.

Cons: Might get monotonous sometimes; otherwise, a great place to work.

Pros: OK salary compensation package. Life depends on which org you are working for; some of them are okay, some others are bad, e.g. IPE.

Cons: The culture and values this company has been proud of are eroding. If you are new and fresh, you may find this is a good place to work. But if you have been here long enough, you would feel the only value left is profitability; everything, including employees that stop the company from being more profitable, will be discarded. Micromanagement at its worst. I have never worked in a company that has such intense micromanagement. Basically, there is not much room for mistakes. Everything you learn here is mostly Workday stuff, which you cannot bring with you to other opportunities outside Workday. WLB depends on your role. If you are SRE, good luck with that.

Pros: It used to be great. It started to go downhill when one of the founders retired years ago. Now, just the salary is still okay (but less and less competitive).

Cons: Old proprietary technology that is used just within Workday. No clear strategy from top management. A very hierarchical, top-down approach with, at the same time, no taking of responsibility for decisions. Total lack of transparency and clear goals. Managers are selected within social circles, and the main quality of most of them is to be a good yes-man. Discriminatory approach toward anyone who is not based in the States or is not Irish. If you are an expat in the Dublin office, be ready to work double and see Irish colleagues get all promotions. Frequent, very unfair practices.
