Wow, this process is slow.
They contacted me, set up the first screening, and then nothing.
After two weeks, I contacted the recruiter, who arranged a second round with the Hiring Manager.
That went well. I was told they would get back to me in two days.
Another week went by, and I emailed the recruiter again.
The recruiter said the Hiring Manager had not yet submitted feedback from my interview.
I waited another week and emailed again.
The recruiter immediately replied, stating she had just met with the Hiring Manager and they liked me, but had chosen another candidate.
They referred me to a sister team.
I contacted the recruiter from the sister team. The recruiter said I would receive a Calendly invite soon to set up the first round for that position... nothing yet.
Honestly, I only applied because I know someone who works there, my friend referred me, and I am in no rush.
However, this is exceptionally unprofessional for a company that primarily makes money from enabling people's recruiting and management processes.
It's shocking, really, to see such a disconnect.
Bad Workday, bad!
LOL... hilariously bad.
