Pros: - Very inclusive, diverse, and caring.
- Looks to build people up, especially ICs.
- Is willing to hear where they can improve and what they could do better.
Cons: Is very much a "yes" person company. Success here is strongly based on your ability to say "no" through saying "yes" and swaying the conversation around.
To succeed here, you must be a strong people person and one who can read a room.

- They don't always get it right, but they listen to feedback.
- Generous with stock for high performers.
- Supportive of internal mobility.
Cons: - Not everyone agrees with 50% RTO, but it's not an issue for me.

Pros: Good benefits, including gym and mental health services, as well as financial advisors.
Great compensation package, now with better differentiation.
Pleasure to work with colleagues (depends on team).
Cons: If you want something improved or done well, you have to always drive it yourself.
Technical infrastructure is a mixed bag of services.
