The process began with an initial screen, where the hiring manager tried to get a feel for how I would fit into the Workday culture.
The full-day onsite interview followed and consisted of six rounds of individual interviews.

Pros: Excellent stock and ESPP, a relaxed working environment that's very flexible.
Cons: My final pay is not accurate and is missing compensation for time off that I didn't take.
I have emailed HR multiple times and got ghosted as soon as I returned the company laptop.
It's not a tech company, and they're not looking for tech improvements. The team felt demotivated, and even though we were constantly asked for feedback, there was a strong hush-hush culture. Every time something was brought up, we were shut down straightaway.

Pros: Life balance was amazing. Product dev was really slow, and Workday really emphasizes employee well-being. Beware XO "app development". It's career-stunting tech to learn.
Cons: Technologically, fairly behind.
Only a handful of really amazing engineers.
Most engineers are pretty average.
