Pros: Workday has been a great company to work for. It has great benefits, an amazing work culture, and work-life balance. The leave policy and fun activities are also very good.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of as such.

Pros: Mentorship, management, and senior engineers have taken me under their wing to ensure my development and growth in multi-facets, including but not limited to personal, professional, and technical. I was brought on as an intern; however, I was treated and respected as a full-time employee, given the opportunity to learn and work as a full member of the scrum team during a release cycle. There were lots of team happy hours to get to know your teammates on a personal level.

Cons: Nothing I can think of. Really not sure why the other person is so negative.

Pros: It was great before the new CEO. I worked with great people.

Cons: Don't bother. More layoffs are coming. Hard work is not appreciated, definitely don't bother with working on weekends or late nights. Zero new skills will be gained for your next job; you will be unemployed and scrambling for months. Unless you get WD certification (=$$), no one will care that you helped build the software. You will think you're so busy that they cannot be without you, yet they will cut you without management input.
