Senior Applications Developer Interview Experience - Dublin, Ireland

Process

The entire process took about a month after being first contacted on LinkedIn by Workday.

  1. A phone interview with an HR person to present the company and ask a couple of simple technical questions as a first screening.
  2. A technical interview on the phone to design an application with different entities from a web page.
  3. Three consecutive face-to-face interviews at Workday in Dublin. The people were very friendly and the interviews were very relaxed. The bar is quite high, though; you apparently need to get 3 out of 3 on the interviews to get an offer.

Questions

For the three interviews at Workday, the focus was on testing, coding, and architecture. I had to present my views on those subjects by showcasing some of my past achievements.
