I had a terrible interaction with the recruiter.
I kept telling her I was interested in the position.
She informed me that many people had left because it wasn't a development job, even though the job title says it is, and was more of a testing role.
I responded that this was okay, and she said she would follow up with me and send my application to the manager.
I received a rejection notice via email literally the second after the phone call. I've never experienced such a rapid rejection after a phone call before. It felt so rude!
