It seems totally random. After I applied, they contacted me via email and settled on a time for a first-round phone interview.

The style, both on email and phone, was unprofessional. They also had another requirement that was not listed in the job description itself, and they were surprised when I did not know they required such a skill.

We agreed on a second round, and they called me back a few days later after work. Since I could not answer the call, I tried to call them back without success. I also contacted them via email, but there was no reply.

On the first round, it was some regular questions about what I've done and what my interests are.
