The process started with a telephone interview with the hiring manager. This was a screening interview.

I was then invited onsite for a four-hour interview process, which included a couple of management interviews and one with some of the developers.

For such a long process, they managed to keep the stress levels low. At no time did I feel pressured; I was challenged, yes, but never pressured.

The interviewers were knowledgeable and polite at all times.

There was a break in the middle, which helped me gather my thoughts.

Challenged with a scenario where the work required wouldn't fit into the time available, I'm looking for a resolution to this.
