Process
The interview process involved three steps:
- Talking to the recruiter.
- A one-hour phone call with the hiring manager.
- An on-site visit with five interviewers.
During the on-site interview, I felt I performed very well. However, I did not receive a job offer. I suspect they were seeking a highly specialized expert in a particular provisioning tool. While I have experience with it, I am not yet an expert.
