Applied online and received call from HR who has scheduled a call with hiring manager. HR said that call with manager will be for 4 or 5 min. (Yes, shocked). But manager (Indian) typically took 45 min and at the end he said that engineers in his won't be allowed to check-in code changes as they are purely for analyzing performance of product and pass the info to engineering team. Man, then why the title says "Senior Software Development Engineer"? Anyway, straight away told the manager that I'm not interested and asked him to end the call. Thank god, he told about it in the 1st call, otherwise would have wasted 1 PTO for in-person.
