Phone Call OOP Interview Onsite - 4 Rounds
I passed all the technical interviews with very good feedback, especially in the architect interview. However, I didn't pass to the offer stage. They saw me as overqualified and looking for a leading position, but I was asked directly about my seniority level and clearly stated that I prefer not to lead a team.
I don't believe this is the right reason for rejection. I mentioned this to the recruiter during the feedback call, and she said she would definitely help me find another position, acknowledging I was overqualified. Unfortunately, she didn't answer my emails afterward.
I rate this experience as awful and a waste of time. The company seems to be losing good candidates due to issues with their interview process and recruiting team.
All technical questions are related to OOP modeling and database modeling concepts.
Otherwise, they are behavioral.
