Process
Went to an on-campus info session and was asked to fill out a form and submit my resume that would apply me to a few positions. Within a few days, I was contacted for a phone interview. The whole interview was UML modeling. I struggled a bit with some of the broad concepts and was a bit slow, but I thought I understood how the models should interact and made sure to communicate my thought process with the interviewer. My interviewer was really helpful and guided me when I seemed to be heading in the wrong direction. At the end, I was able to ask questions. I then received an invitation for an onsite interview one or two days after that.
