One thing I felt during the interview was that we tend to think about high-level designing, but they ask pure basic questions.
Simple UML diagrams are what we need to prepare. A mistake I made was asking a lot of questions and kind of asking them if my model was correct as per their requirements, but it portrayed to them as if I was asking for help. We need to take care of redundancies as we model (such as removing any multiple connections to classes) and, most importantly, be confident in whatever design you create.
