Pros: Salary 10% above average on the market.
Cons: 1. Layoffs. They told us it's because of AI, but after six months, they started to hire in India like crazy. They almost stopped hiring developers in other places.
2. Almost no promotions. Rare ones are given to ones who are politically loud and keen on doing nothing else.
3. They stopped giving refreshes to many people based on rules like "25% shouldn't get them", no matter how hard they worked.
