I received an on-campus interview after talking to a recruiter at my school's career fair. I was surprised that the interviewer was just asking me about my resume. I had been expecting to answer more technical questions. I guess with Workday, you get a different interview based on what team you are going to be placed on. I know some other people who were interviewed for a different team and were asked UML questions.

When discussing some of the school projects I had worked on, the interviewer asked me what was one of the most important things I learned while working on that project.
