Pros: So far at Workday, I have had a great experience. All-round, a great, hardworking team, and I feel I have a decent work-life balance.
Cons: There is a proprietary coding language. I personally enjoyed the learning curve of this, and also have opportunities for using non-proprietary languages.

Pros: Salary 10% above average on the market.
Cons: 1. Layoffs. They told us it's because of AI, but after six months, they started to hire in India like crazy. They almost stopped hiring developers in other places.
2. Almost no promotions. Rare ones are given to ones who are politically loud and keen on doing nothing else.
3. They stopped giving refreshes to many people based on rules like "25% shouldn't get them", no matter how hard they worked.
