Pros: Pretty good management and nice employees, from my experience.

Cons: Too political. They need to leave politics out of work.

Pros: Good salary and lovely people. I really enjoyed working at Workday for 7 months. I gained lots of experience and it gave me a brilliant insight into the tech world.

Cons: I don't really have anything bad to say about it at all.

Pros: Some benefits, i.e., RSU and health benefits. Some colleagues are great to work with and help provide a great working environment.

Cons: - Development methods are terrible. - The functionality of the product is terrible, making development more stressful. This has led to lower customer subscriptions, which has had a knock-on effect on the stock price. - The direction of the company is on a downward spiral, which is complimented by the company's stock price. - Management does not listen. - Management decision-making is terrible. It's slow, erratic, and makes no sense, causing development teams to work longer hours. - Management blames teams for delays and issues, but it's the lack of leadership slowing development times and lowering team morale. - Some colleagues are only staying because of the stock they have.
