If you do not want to hire a candidate, please do not waste their three months in seven rounds of interviews.

The first time, I gave all seven rounds and received good feedback, but they did not select me.
The next time, I was contacted by a recruiter. I again gave all seven rounds of interviews, and in the end, they did not offer me a position.
Please speed up the hiring process. You do not need to waste time on seven rounds.
This was the worst experience, and the recruiters do not even respond.
